Group mentorship at WiTCH is a structured program in which experienced mentors lead a group of mentees who share experiences, challenges, and successes.
It’s all about collaboration. Everyone brings something unique to the table, whether their background, challenges, or goals. The mentor guides the discussions, offers advice, and helps the group navigate challenges. But here’s the magic—while you’re learning from the mentor, you’re also learning from each other.

In your first session, you’ll join online, so leggings and a sweatshirt are entirely acceptable. Over the next few sessions, you tackle real-world challenges together. Someone might ask for advice on negotiating a raise, and the group brainstorms ideas. Another person might share how they overcame imposter syndrome, sparking a heartfelt discussion that leaves everyone feeling more confident.
