Since our launch in November 2022, our small team of volunteers at WiTCH have worked tirelessly to promote our mission - To make magic in cyber & tech by championing, empowering, and supporting women in order to revolutionze the industry. By providing community, support, and resources, we aim to catalyse transformative change and foster diversity to create a more inclusive and innovative future for all.

Founder
Illyana Mullins
Illyana has a passion for all things tech and diversity, with a special soft spot for cyber security. She also runs BSides Cheltenham the largest cyber security conference in the south west.
Co-Founder
Camille Mallon
Project Manager extrodinaire, Operations Operative and master of all things agile, Camille works for Immersive Labs during the day but at night she puts on her cape and takes on her biggest job - keeping WiTCH organised.

Jessica Mant
Jess qualifies as a Commerical Solicitor September 07, 2023 . She is currently specialising in cyber and tech and brings her passion to WiTCH to help change the industy landscape.
