Join WiTCH for anevening of inspiration, inclusion and allyship as we bring together a dynamic group of industry leaders, both male and female, to delve into the critical role that men can play in advocating for gender diversity, equity, and inclusion.We believe that creating a diverse and inclusive tech industry is a responsibility shared by all, and this event is dedicated to engaging men as allies in this essential journey.

🌟 What is an ally?
An ally is often defined as someone who is not a member of a marginalised group but wants to support and take action to help others in that group. In this case it means the amazing men who support women, and those who identify as women and nonbinary in tech and cyber security.

By better understanding the struggles and barriers that others face, you are learning yourself and actively attempting to make a change, so this doesn’t happen. By supporting people in the workplace through allyship, you can work towards creating a safer more inclusive space.

As we work towards a more inclusive tech landscape, we recognize the importance of allies who are willing to stand up, speak out, and drive change. This event offers a safe and inclusive platform for men to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges women face in the tech industry and learn how they can actively support gender diversity. Through open and candid discussions, our panelists will share their personal journeys, experiences, and insights, providing attendees with valuable perspectives and actionable strategies. After our panel we will host a Q&A where all attendees can post questions to our panelists or share their perspectives and experiences to make this a truly interactive evening.
